NO REFUND AFTER 3 WEEKS!!!

Good day. I had been using ADT for almost 2 years come feb 2020 and 5th December 2019 i have cancelled with ADT as I have moved premises. I was told that the month of December premium will only go off my account end of December but was shocked to see the radio annual fee for 2020 went off as well which was not agreed on. I was advised that i will receive the refund of the annual radio on 30th Decemeber 2019 within 7-8 working days. For 3 weeks i have been told that i will get my refund as it is been "processed". Last week i was promised that the refund will be in my account by monday or tuesday but still no luck. It is frustrating and i am amazed how poor their service is in delivering their word. it has been 22 DAYS LATER!!!!
