No promoting services available

Hi. I just spoke to a call centre operator asking him about a service 2 other security companies confirmed is available on my alarm system, and ADT first said it can't be done, and when asking supervisors, changed the answer to yes, but this needs to be done by a technician. I had ADT at my house multiple times, and not once did they inform me of all the capabilities the system can provide me. ADT expects me to pa R500 now for a technician, where this could have been done on installation, or when they upgraded my system. This is bad customer services, and also poor service from them, expecting their loyal customers to pay for every little thing, that could have been addressed at installation or upgrading. Besides the fact that they are extremely expensive, I remained their client, but are now thinking of moving.
