No payment after promises

On 8 March I submitted a complaint to Hello Peter after ADT had not responded to my mails since October 2015. They kept deducting premiums from my account after cancellation of the contract. I had tot stop it at the BANK to get them to end the madness. Immediately after I typed my complaint on Hello Peter SANDIE from ADT's head office in Johannesburg phoned me and promised that they will refund me the full amount of R770 (one month PLUS the annual radio fee) which had been deducted more than a month after I have cancelled my contract with them. He said 'they are busy preparing the refund now' . It is the 6th of APRIL 2016 already, ADT has asked me whether they can come and collect their RADIO, but still NO payment. Why did SANDIE lie to me? He said they will give me a full refund and that they were busy preparing the refund. I have just received my bank statements for March/April, still NO refund from ADT. How long till payment is effected?
