NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING.
I spoke to a consultant on numerous occasions requesting for my statement to be forwarded to date nothing. Received my ITC report only to find out they are sending updates regarding an account that is not even on my name. How do you use a person's name and someone else's id and foward the to the Credit department who didn't even pick it up.
