No manager response to complaint

We were with ADT for about 5 years. When we lived in Krugersdorp-North ADT was brilliant. Responded quickly. We then moved to Kenmare into a new house. As the new house had a existing alarm systems in. We just needed a transmitter put in and a change of address. We were on a month to month payment with ADT. The ADT Sales person came out and put in a transmitter never once telling us we have been put on a 2 year contract. Since we have lived in Kenmare ADT has been useless taking up to 20 min to respond to panics etc. So we decided we want to rather cxl and go with another company. When my hubby phoned to cxl (seeing as we where on a month to month) the lady informed him we are on a 2 year contract. Impossible as this was just a change of address. We have been trying over the last 3 month to get answers from ADT asking to talk to a manager. Till today we can not get hold of a manager to give us answers. Every time we just get told the manager is not available or will phone us back. We have been waiting for 3 months already for call back and still not luck! So we are at a point where we will just put a stop order on the payment!!! This is really pathetic customer service!
