no help from patrol officer
I am shocked at how they sent a patrol out but the officer didn't attempt helping to get the gate fixed so he could come in and walk around the house to see if it was safe for us. just standing by the broken gate. Can't they be equipped with tools to help people? this was just a matter of bending the wire in to open the gate as I could not do it from the inside.
