No formal notice of increase in monthly premiums

A viewed my adt account and came across I had an increase on my monthly installment. I was not notified in a formal way or in any letter stating reason for the increase. I had to email the customer care on numerous occasions why the increase and why I wasn't informed in advance.

Came down to the increase is for fuel levy. So unacceptable. Sharne Swartz
