NO FOLLOW UPS BEING DONE

<p>On the 14th November around 15:38 my alarm went off. I received a call and was told that there is alarm activation; i mentioned to the consultant that i was not at home they need to please send out a guard to see what’s happening. They mentioned that they will do so and i asked them to please call me back to provide me with feedback.</p> <p>I waited for the phone call no one called me back it was already 3 hours later and i was already at home this is now around 18:00 at this time i decided to call in and asked to speak to someone from the complaints department i was told that they are closed i must email ********** <p>I then sent an email regarding this and till date today being the 16th November i have no received any feedback what so ever.</p> <p>Can someone please follow up on this ... this is very bad service. I am a paying customer but I am not receiving the service I need.</p> <p> </p>
