No Feedback or response

Hi Due to several incidents of theft at my business site in Limpopo, I have emailed new instructions to the armed response. I have also instructed them to send opening and closing sms to our control room. These instructions was sent to ADT several weeks ago and I yet to receive a response from ADT. The sms service to the control room is still not activated. I having been sending emails requesting feedback and I have yet to receive a response. This non communication is putting the business at risk Please response on what is happening with my instructions to the armed response.
