No feedback

On Monday 7th March, I sent an enquiry to ADT on their website about temporary suspension of my account. Once the enquiry was submitted, the response was that I will be contacted within 48hrs. No one called me, on Tuesday 15th I called ADT and was told to send an email to [Email Removed] and an agent will contact me. I sent two emails, one on the 15th and another on the 16th. Today is the 17th and I haven't heard anything from ADT.
