My house got broken into 29 Nov 2015<br> made contact with adt to give a report on the incident eg time of signal received time of arrival at my house and a copy of the recording between reaction officer and control room. Their response to me is that info is privileged and only for them.as per reliable sources adt only arrived after 20 minutes to my house. I have send an email to cancel with them and everytime I call to follow up on the ticket number they gave me as prove of email the consultants just keep on saying someone will call me but it's going for two weeks now.
