i had an alarm installed for my mother in jan 15. at the end of the month i received and invoice including the costs of the alarm and instalation in the amount of R3564.23. i called the call centre and spoke to Nolu who requested i send the Proof to her. I sent the proof the next day, no response. A week later i called again and spoke with Chantelle, who too requested the proof, and was sent to her immediately. she promised to call be back personally or get the creditors to call me. Still waiting...it has been a week......ever heard of TCF????<br> i demand a refund for all telephone calls and time wasted due to your imcompetant staff.
