No CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day<br> <br> I previously complained with you and on Hellopeter that your consultants after having appointments with them cancels it and do not pitch up.<br> Eventually a M Smith came to see us, he did an inspection and we discussed the existing alarm and how I would like to extend it. My contract with Chubb is finished and I am on a month to month basis with them. <br> <br> I received a quote as per the trail mails from Morne Smith but it was for a new alarm system, NOT what we discussed, clearly Morne nor your company do not want new business and have absolutely no customer relations. <br> <br> I am really disappointed, ADT is currently the preferred company in my area (De La Haye), I am very involved with the neighbourhood watch and suggested that ADT also becomes involved, given more exposure and more potential clients. It seems with your attitude that you just don't care !!! I will inform the members of the neighbourhood watch of this and will suggest we rather use CHUBB who has up to now given me great service.<br> <br> <br>
