No Customer Service

Good day<br> <br> I have logged a call with ADT in April when our house was burgled and they said they will investigate and come back to us.Up until today no one from ADT called us or gave us feedback on what really happened that night .....That makes me wonder if they were not perhaps involved in this Incident .<br> Now 2 Weeks ago I logged another call with them informing them that the Alarm system is faulty ,They keep on saying that they are waiting on a Technition that will call me but can you believe it that this is the 3rd week and i had no call from them or their Technition reagrding my Incident i logged .My concern is that I have to waste my airtime daily hanging on the line for more than 15 - 20 Minutes with no response from them or their manager .I have no idea on what or who to direct this querie to because currently this account is up to date and never skipped a payment but they are not delivering on their services .As I am typing this message my Alarm system is not in working order and it makes me feel unsafe with my children in the area that we stay in<br> <br> Hope you will be able to assist <br> <br> Thank you in advance
