No communication

I have had a problem for a while now. The problem is ADT decided to charge me for excessive call outs and no one ever gets back to me through email calls nothing. For this problem and that the reason I am writing to [URL Removed] because I will get someone to hear my frustration.<br> <br> Out of the blue one day I get a sms saying for excessive call out you will be charge extra no phone calls a sms. I emailed to ask way is this going to happen and the response is we are experiencing high email volumes. And still have not heard anything the last one was sent on the 5 August 2015. <br> <br> Please do take note when it comes to paying the money is never late and you take more than was agreed to straight from my bank account. I have never signed any papers that says you can do that but you do with no regard.<br> <br> If you don't have enough staff to answer the emails hire more. but you force people like me to use bad publicity just to get an answer <br> <br> I am looking forward ADT replay because <br> <br>
