No Client service, no feedback, no after sales service

<p>I joined ADT to feel safe., needless to say that is not the case! I asked ADT to quote me to activate an alarm in a house I am renting. they said they will quote me onsite. The consultant, Fabian Nel, came out. He said the alarm is not working. After pushing a few buttons ect we opened the door to leave and the alarm went off. And that was that. No testing, to installing the remotes, no explaining the keyboard nothing. He also did not formally test my alarm. According to the call centre that was only going to be the quote. Now, after a week, I hear that I have to pay R530 for a call out fee in order for someone to explain everything to me, and install my remotes. He is replying on my emails with an attitude after I had to SMS him for some feedback. I literally do not even know if my armed response is working!!! When I switched on the alarm outside he did not even know how to check if it was on, I had to do it myself. He was rude and on his phone the whole time. He did not even quote me for the pro rata joining, I had to tell him to do so and I had to do the sum myself. Also why did I have to pay R265 yearly admin fee, if I am joining now until November? I am on month to month. SO now I am telling you what I am going to do: Either a MANAGER (Not fabian) are going to contact me today still, or I am going to reverse my payment made to you and join another company. Everyone warned me about ADT. I phoned the call centre yesterday at 12pm, and asked for a manager to contact me, still nothing. I send a complaint email yesterday, still nothing. Why am I paying for security of I do not have security?? If this is the type of client service I will be receiving, I do not want to be a client at all. </p>
