No care attitude

Signed up for a February special for R999excl. The special was to include: BACKUP POWER, BATTERY and SERVICE. The invoice I received is, however for R2 126excl., with labour at R34***cl. and equipment at R1 781excl. This is not what I signed up for. Also, one outdoor beam is defective since this "service" was done, meaning that I can't arm without bypassing that zone first, leaving my property exposed. The call centre informed me that Rustenburg branch doesn't operate on weekends to sort this out and they can't rectify this from head office. I want to cancel my services with ADT to move to a company that cares about the safety and security of my family and my property.
