No Armed response for almost 2 hours

We were fast asleep when our alarm was activated, we received a call immediately and advise the operator to dispatch a vehicle immediately, we followed up 15 mins later and according to Tania vehicles are moving slow due to bad weather, 30 mins later vehicle didnt show up (note this vehicle parks at the BP garage which is 5 mins away from my residence) however this soon turned into a nightmare we awaited 1 hour and 45 mins with still no response from the call centre (Tania) as well as the vehicle did not pitch up, I trusted your company with the safety of my family which I pay for (armed response) and does not matter to you, all services will be terminated tomorrow.
