No armed response

Had 2 alarms at my house within an hour. Both times we asked ADT to send response to my property, as I feared there might have been intruders. Being home alone, I felt my request was justified. Both times, I got a response that they could not get access to my property! What nonsense, as we specifically installed a gate with access lock for ADT, on their request. This is not the first time they had this excuse! I am paying a huge amount of money each month for a false sense of security!!!!! No more! My contract WILL be cancelled due to ADT not honouring their side of the contract!
