No Arlam installation but Money out of my bank acc

From the 22nd October I made an application for a security alarm system with ADT, I spoke to the sales representative by the name of Dawn, since then I never had any joy dealing her and her bad attitude, till today no alarm system has been installed in my house, on Saturday the 15th November and amount of R402.00 was deducted off my account notwithstanding that the is no alarm system installed the amount is way above what I was quoted , I sent an email to Dawn on the 19th still today she has not responded. <br> <br>
