No answer to question of missing alarm

Renovations was being done at our premises, we called adt to get a technician to come and take down the alarm system until the renovations was completed. <br> Once renovations was completed, adt was called to come and re-install the alarm. Once the technician arrived there was no alarm system on the premises. After speaking to the staff that was on site when the alarm system was taken down, we were informed that a manager came 2 days later after the de-installation to fetch the alarm system. We have been trying to find out where the alarm system is currently, but nobody comes back to us. <br> We had an attempted break in on Friday, and still no response from adt. <br> Can somebody inform us on where the alarm is, and get it re-installed urgently.
