NO ANSWER FOR COMPLAINT

When I took out Cell Panic in 2013 in Brits with Ronald Vuyk I explained I wanted a 12 month contract. He agreed and gave me a 12 month contract. I agreed to pay slightly more monthly (R115 as opposed to R100) for a shorter contract (I have email evidence!). I then transferred to Midrand in February 2014 where ADT agent Godfrey came to my house. I explicitly stated I wanted a transfer and I understood it would be another 12 months from date of transfer. He agreed with me and he filled out the forms. I had a 1 on 1 conversation with him and yet he still passed me a 24 month contract. I only found out when trying to cancel that I had been misled and misinformed by Godfrey- Locking me in for more time than agreed AND even charged at the rate of a 12 month contract (R115) but for 24 months!! How is that honest at all!? This is not a matter of \oh she signed a contract and now wants out."I have been let down by ADT & now I am expected to pay my way out of a contract length I did not want to sign for! Lisa at headoffice did not acknowledge that I want to file a complaint against ADT and escalation of this issue - Since my last report I have not been contacted by ADT! Disappointing!"""
