No after-sale service at all

<p>We upgraded our alarm system, paid cash since we are existing clients, the alarm has been giving problems after it has been installed. We called ADT they promised that a technician would come out to assist with the problem, it's been a month and we have not heard anything and we have been following up with them. Would not recommend them anymore as they can't deliver any after-sale service. We are strongly considering to move to a different security company. </p>
