I have been paying ADT Fidelity R 665/month with armed response included. This morning an unknown person were parked in front of my Garage. I took a photograph of the Toyota Fortuner SUV. At first I thought it was an Amarok Double Cab. After I activated the alarm on the Camera, I pushed the Panic Button at 6h24am this morning. ADT called me and they said that they will send a vehicle. They did not ask me for my password either. It is now 10h02am in the morning. I saw the guy's face when he reversed out of my Driveway. I could not see his numberplate.

Is ADT still operating in Kuils River or are they just taking my money? I have not seen their vehicles in our Area lately. My neighbor told me that he pays R 199/month for his security.

I am thinking of looking for other options after this mornings incident. I also noticed that my debit order has been increased without them notifying me why.
