Next time REALLY send someone, don't just say it

In December someone broke open my front door and gate, luckily the alarm scared him away.<br> The next night the alarm went off again and we dialed the ADT emergency number. They called back quickly and said they would send someone.<br> Well, we are still waiting. Never saw an ADT person or got a follow-up call.<br> Luckily it was a false alarm, seems the wind had blown open the already broken door.<br> Next time, please really send someone. If they can't find us, call. Or just follow up if we are dead, so that you can cancel the service.
