Newly installed Security Beams not working

In November 2014 I requested AdT to install the security beams around my premise for which I paid R35 000.00. Since the beams were installed, they never really worked properly. The installing technician was then contacted to attend to the problem to no success. He came several times to try to fix the problem but did not succeed. ADT agent, Yogonath, was then contacted about the problem but paid no attention. I then reported the matter to hello Peter in September 2015, a technician was then dispatched to try sort out the problem. He also attempted several times but failed and later brought his manager so they can try to figure out the cause of the problem, they later found out the problem is faulty wiring and promised to come back to me and to date I am still waiting. <br> It is so sad that I took the money which I didn't have in order to invest in the security of my family only to get poor service like these. Clearly Adt failed me and my patience ends here. I think is only fair that I get my money back and give other service provider a chance because should anything happen to me Adt will not take responsibility although they received my R35 000.00 and not deliver the service for it.
