NEW SYSTEM GIVING MANY FALSE ALARMS

In December I paid you guys R11 000 to install a brand new alarm system with two outdoor beams. I have been having problems with false alarms the whole time. A technician was sent to my house and he suggested a new radio to be installed as the one I have does not even show the control room which zone has been triggered......mind you....its an R11 000 top of the art alarm system and you guys install such a **** radio....so you guys agreed to have the new radio installed free of charge, but I need to pay a call out????

Are you serious....I actually feel to contact my lawyer to cancel the contract due to the system being faulty....you guys better soon fix this or I will definitely take this matter further.
