New customer, only negative experiences so far

I signed up for your 24/7 armed response in December and was promised 3 months free service, my math says that December = 1 month, January = 2 months and February = 3 months. My first debit order for your services should only be in March, why am I receiving a debi check mandate now that needs to be approved?

Please contact me urgently as whenever I try to call you I cant get through, even when I press 1 for a life threatening emergency.
