Never us ADT Security

I wanted to get a quote from ADT for armed response for my business, as a potential customer i was shocked in the service i received from ADT and the bad attitude from the people answering the phones, the left hand does not know what the right hand was doing. I was transferred all over the place and finally gave up because i just could not get to anyone able to give me a quote. Now if i struggle like this just to speak to a sales person to give me a quote, how the HELL WILL THEY BE ABLE TO LOOK AFTER MY BUSINESS? What would their response times be if they cannot even handle a phone call from a potential new client. This is the problem with businesses that are to big, there is just no control, no service and when you do have a problem there is NEVER a manager available to help, no PERSONAL service. STAY AWAY from ADT security. They cannot even help a client on the phone, how will they protect your business or home.
