Never trust ADT
I want to cancel two policies that I have with ADT. This is the most pathetic company. Don't know how anyone can put the lives in these peoples hands.
First they said they will e-mail me a form till now this form has not been received, now they are telling me that they can't cancel it as I have a 3 year contract. How can you force me stay with a company that gives pathetic service and do not care at all about their customers

Just more evidence that you do care at all about customer service, A contract is between two parties, you need to provide me with a service, which you do not. Cancel my policies!!
