The WORST security company you can imagine!!!

I need my contract canceled IMMEDIATELY. I had an emergency, pressed the emergency button 3 times and no response. This company is only interested in your money, they could care less about your safety. Even when calling their customer service (a day after my tragedy) MALINDI the consultant assisting me couldnt even empathize nor even ask if all is well. I spoke to her supervisor BUSI who couldn't be bothered.

Their cars are not visible in my area. I haven't seen one of their cars in months, no response when you call for them but they have the audacity to deduct R800 in one month, I had to call to find out why I was debited so much. These money hungry Suckers just want to debit without any services rendered.

If you looking for a security company to take care of you and your family in times of need. PLEASE PLEASE don't even look at Adt, they only care about your money and not your safety.

Find yourself a security company that truly cares about your safety, your family and your well being.

My family is still traumatized and have lost so much, yet these ******** are so quick to get their hands into our pocket and just take.
