NEVER THERE

Adt installed an alarm system at my property in August 2017 which has NEVER EVER worked. They have been debiting my bank account without providing the service! We have made SEVERAL reports yet adt has done nothing about fixing the problem. A sales rep by the name of Saney has repeatedly offered an upgrade to the present system. An upgrade to what? To a system that DOES NOT WORK? "Adt Always there"? Always where? Adt has provided an alarm system that does NOT work - this is a breach of contract - they cannot charge for something that does not work. This problem needs to be solved immediately.
