Never any feedback

I am extremely disappointed with the service we receiving from ADT. i have asked for a siren to be installed and to have numbers add to the open and closing SMS system. <br> <br> i have to phone in every day just about to find out whats going on, then the person say let me find out i will get back to you.<br> <br> well im still waiting!!!
