Netcare 911 you let FADT down!

My concern raised with FADT in May 2021 has come true.

I called FADT as my 81 year old Mother was Ill and needed urgent medical attention. FADT was wonderful. They sent an AR Officer who tried his best to calm the situation. However, Netcare 911 let everyone down.

As Netcare 911 doesn't have a footprint in our area, they utilise service providers. None of which were available. The next closest provider was about 60km away, which I established post the event doesn't even respond to our area.

I ended up taking my Mother to the hospital as it was quicker. The FADT officer assisted to get her in the car and was a real star!
