Negligence and Breach of Contract

We had a break-in at our home on Friday 20.02.2015. The alarm went off @ 2:00 & immediately got a call from ADT. Whilst on the line, we could hear noises & informed the control room to send a guard. We even pressed the panic button. A guard only entered our premises 55mins later after we've made 2 calls to ADT, one @ 2:17 & 2:37 inquiring the whereabouts of the guard. We got a response that they couldn't enter the premises. Strangely, there was no one who buzzed our Unit until 55mins later.<br> This was pure NEGLIGENCE on the part of ADT Security as we had indicated we were in danger. We indicated our dissatisfaction and haven't received any report or apology.
