Need a PANIC button for my PANIC button.

I have had an ADT alarm system installed by React Alarms. The alarm was installed on a Sunday, When arming the alarm the Monday, it kept triggering the alarm, turned around on my way to work and even had to leave wok to go back home to disarm it until the technician came to sort it out. ADT called me to schedule an inspection to which I had freed up time to do so, this was about two (2) weeks ago and upon the inspection the ADT technician had noted that the one panic button in the main bedroom was not active/working and that she would send a report for for React Alarm/installer to come have it sorted out, as mentioned before, its been about two (2) weeks now and NOTHING!!! Further more, I was waiting for the call to lodge a complaint about the messy work done by the installer; where ever there was drilling done, the dust caused by the drilling was left right there but two things that really P'd me off was;

- Drilling over my Bible on my bed side table, that was UTTER DISRESPECT!!!!! - Cable clippings and *****s left laying all over ( my fiance had already chucked most of of them before I decided to take pics) , I have a 3 year old son that walk barefoot in the house!!!!!!

React Alarm's installers are unprofessional, messy and do a slap-dash job, its concerning that if this the level of work that they do and on security systems, touch wood and God willingly NOT that you ever need to make use of the system and it dont work, like a panic button that is not working and not been tended too.
