My safety in the wrong hands

<p>My parents have been with ADT for years and never really had an issue until now. My father, who is a pentioner has phoned ADT 3 times to install sensors on the doors of their house and that have made appointments twice and never pitched!!! To date, there have been 3 breakins in our street literally 2 houses and accross from us. ADT doesnt care that we dont have extra security and that my parents lives are in their uncapable hands!! I AM FRUSTRATED!! My father has made another call today, 8 Feb 2017 at 15:00pm and the lady said she will get back to them. Now we wait again, not sure how long this time???? If this doesnt get sorted in 2 days i will look for another company and not reccommend ADT TO ANYONE.</p>
