MY HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO

Just before Christmas 2014 my house was broken into, which ADT is paid to protect. There was a 17 minute delay between the alarm activation and when the security guard arrived on the premises. Thank you ADT for your prompt reaction time, NOT. My television was ******. On the 6th of February 2015 my alarm was activated at 17h59, the security guard arrived 1h30 minutes later. I spoke to a September and Linda Potgieter at the Rustenburg branch. I was told it was due to load shedding, they would investigate and get back to me. STILL WAITING. So every ******** waits for load shedding to break into houses. That ADT is a very very poor excuse. Going to cancel and move to another security company that can protect me even during load shedding. You, ADT are obviously *********** and like our government, shift blame instead of resolving issues. <br> <br>
