My House Broken In with ADt vehicle just 2km away.

My house was broken in and my two plasma tvs, printer, laptop, dvd and play station ****** with an ADT response vehicle just two kms away. I lodged a complaint and was advised by Zolani to write a letter of demand if I feel ADT failed me. I sent that letter three weeks ago and has since been sent from pillar to post. Tired, I went to their offices for the third time and finally was made to speak to a so-called manager. This manager told me that ADT will not be liable for the staff I lost because THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER MY HOUSE ONLY, their vehicle was attending another alarm. I asked to speak to their head office and was told by this manager that I have no right to speak to their head office.
