MY ALARM GOES OFF , TWO HOURS LATER ADT PHONE

Load shedding last wed , normally gat a text from a.d.t. saying power low , but non this time.Control room at A.D.T. call me 2 hours later to tell me officer does know where i live....i live on the beachfront in table view, Officer then ringsmy buzzer at block of flats and i answer , i am in town , as buzzer rings my cellphone , I tell him i am in cape town , and phone rings off.....NO CALL back FROM OFFICER , Instead he calls controller and tells her that i am home...I am so disturbed by this and phone their office and i want to speak to M.D. of a.d.t , but , of course they wont let me speak to him , i spoke to supervisor in charge , and he said he would come back to me......that was last thurs i rephoned him for an answer . said director is out , and he woill call me back , well , it is tuesday and almost a week gone by....nothing heard...if i had been attacked in my flat , and injured A.D.T. would have failed me badly , i pay you r5000 per year to protect me and you cannot honour yr side of the contract , so , as per the consumer protection act , i wish to terminate yr contract with me , as you cannot provide the service agreed to .....this is the second time that you cant fin
