Last week Monday I spoke to a woman called Mpho who promised that my funds will be reversed within 7 days, it's now 10 days later and I haven't yet received back my funds. This is for a extra service that was added onto my account without my consent or knowledge. Can this issue be rectified ASAP. I am sick and tired of you're incompetence and the fact that now I have to spend my time on unnecessary things that could've been avoided a long time ago if u guys weren't desperate to get cash out of me unnecessary. This is my hard earned money for my kids that you guys clearly don't care about
