MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

<p>Had a break in 26 October tried calling the service Centre everyday for over a week to get activation report .Now need a buffer report has to call multiple time to get technician assigned .Technician came our last Friday promising to try and get report to me the Friday if not the Monday have made multiple calls with multiple promises and still no report 3 weeks after break in and unable to get insurance sorted out because ADT does not keep to their word and send reports even after begging.Same with reinstallation as my alarm was cut during the break in had to call and beg for a week to get technician booked to come out.</p> <p>I Would seriously not advise anyone to make use of ADT services.</p> <p> </p>
