More then a month, and still no activate alarm system although payment was made in FULL
Hi. Start date: 1 July 2024 of the process of installing the ADT alarm system. FULL payment was made 3 July 2024 R30,781.11 for alarm system. Installation of alarm system: 19 July 2024. 05 August 2024, still no activate alarm system amidst me reaching out to ADT about the very poor correspondence and an alarm system that is not active???

ADT quick response and assistance in resolving my complaint is really comforting. ADT representative Mpho rang me within an hour after my complaint. Within two hours the ADT technician Stafford rang and an appointment was set. Promptly Friday 09 Aug 2024 morning Stafford was on site and spent additional time to resolve all matters. In total the time to resolve was less then 3 days.
