Monthly Threshold of 4x Responses

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint.</p> <p>On numerous occassions when our alarm would go off at home, ADT would call, I would ask not to send out anyone, still security would come to my house. I have also told security I had giving instructions not to send someone out. I have complained to security about this as well as the call centre as we are getting unnecessary bills for threshold responses exceeded.</p> <p>Please look into this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Irrate customer</p>
