Money taken for goods not supp****

Eventually got a quote to install two passives. ADT required 50% deposit upfront which I immediately paid at the beginning of December 2014. Still nothing by the beginning of February 2015. Asked for my money back 3 weeks ago - still waiting. Every time I contact Mark Schoeman his reply is he'll arrange for it. Pathetic service to the point where I'm looking for alternative armed response security. If this is how they handle installation, hate to think what'll happen if I get burgled.
