****mer who *******ly changed my password to ***** my money and eventually have ******* access to my home

Adt changed my password without my consent conveniently at the same time their alarm system started to malfunction so that each time I open the door it goes off and I am unable to cancel response because I dont know my verbal password. I guess this is their new money making scheme because they have ignored all my attempts to try and rectify this and they will charge me for exceeding my monthly responses. They are even ignoring my request to cancel the contract.
