MANAGERS HIDING BEHIND STAFF

Went to ADT in Pinetown to get a quote for an upgrade on my security system, was told by staff member he has to go out he cannot talk to me, then went back to the switchboard to see a Manager no such luck, you have to see the sales team. Have sent Emails to cancel their service(got the notification that it has been read) but no reply from them to say, your service will be cancelled from end of August as requested and your debit order will be cancelled.Phoned the managers secretary today 12?08?2015 she promised I will hear from them before the end of business today,nothing.all correspondence sent to my attorney lets see if they respond to him
