Making internal mistake customer's problem
ADT was contracted to install new alarm for our office. We have been a client for 10 years. Installation was requested in beginning of November, yet when we moved on 2 January still no installation. I shudder to think they have to respond to an alarm going off ... will probably be here in 2019.
