Lousy service

I have now reached another level of irate adt making me fool, emails, phone calls no progress, there has been , Phindile, Kgosi & Lennox. After being double debited it's now heading for 2 weeks with a false promise of refunding my money. Phindile refused, Kgosi said it would be done, now he isnt responding to my mails and his direct number doesnt go through, Lennox didnt even bother to respond. Over promising and no results, when I signed up with Adt I didnt expect such lousy lower than mediocre service.
