Long response time

Good day Last week Tuesday my alarm went off at my property,a lady from the control room called me and I advised her that I am currently not at the property so she should send the response vehicle out and please call me back with feed back. The lady called me back after a long time and gave me feedback, however the response vehicle took more then 30 minutes to get to my property, even the lady confirmed it and when I asked her what was the delay she mentioned that she does not know what was the delay but she will get her senior and the response supervisor to call me. Till date no-one has called me. I feel we as customers need to hold our security companies liable to replace our items that are ****** from our properties since they are not providing the services and when something happens they do nothing, which is one of the reasons they are so relaxed because there is no accountability.
